jot is a one-time purchase. the price is $29, or $9 for the first 50 buyers. there is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. a refund is the way back.

you have 7 days from the purchase. in that window we refund the license, no questions asked, whether or not you activated it.
dodo payments is the merchant of record and sends the refund to the original payment method.
